★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this Casino!! They have a great restaurant to grab some eats, servers are generally friendly and want to serve you... And of course they're plenty of floor space to play games!! You can smoke in the casino and they have free parking for RV's ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a pretty loyal supporter of this property over the years for work and pleasure. Sadly this will be our last stay.
Rooms:Rough shape, obvious wear and tear with duct tape holding together some of the furnishings.
Restaurant: Food is mediocre at best but pricing is still on the high end.
Amenities:Hot Tub has been out of order since our last time here. Hallway carpeting is lifting down the entire length of the hallway and is an obvious trip hazard.
Staff:Lots of staff everywhere but hard to find anyone to actually help you address an issue.
Overall a great location but way overpriced for what it has become. It looks like you can only band-aid things for so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our company party there this past weekend. From the start our sales rep Vikki was a tremendous help and was always very quick to respond. She was even there at the event on Saturday. The room we had was perfect for our size, the food was amazing and the staff were all very gracious. Great job guys! We will hopefully be back soon.

Room was good sized. Catering was good. Food choices were diverse. Staff attentive.
Recommend securing Internet services before your meeting. The open wireless was unstable. We were presenting virtually with a presenter from out of town. Technology issues prevailed, not only SNR's side but just things to be aware of and plan for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here one night on my way to Manitoba. The person at the front desk was helpful and friendly. He even gave me a 10% discount. The room was very nice with 2 big beds. I didn't visit the casino. I will probably stay there again on my way back to BC. I would definitely recommend this resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The public places were very clean and the staff were friendly. I went for lunch and a little gaming. They have most of the new modern games you see in Vegas. A really nice assortment. The casino was not very busy so you had your pick of games and really didn't have to wait for anything.
I especially appreciated the fact that the machine volumes were not set to where you can barely hear them. They were loud enough so that when you hit the bonus round, you could enjoy all the bells and whistles. We did find one machine that had no audio but when we asked a technician to look at it, it was repaired quickly so we could enjoy it.
I would have given 5 stars but the lunch was disappointing. The salt and pepper shakers were very dirty and pepper holes were all plugged (from many tables) They also did not sell carbonated water (I don't drink pop), so I had to settle for regular water.
Overall, I would go again, It was a pleasant day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the hotel were very friendly. Vikki in events did a great job booking rooms for us for a family reunion. We had people there from Manitoba, Alberta and BC. Andrew at the front desk was very pleasant and very friendly. He said he was new to the position but did a great job. A shout out to Vena in the restaurant. She was fantastic and didn't get flustered even when she was the only waitress.
Definitely going back there!! Thanks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent the weekend here during a hockey tournament, staff is great. Rooms are fairly basic, though comfortable. Food is good, though plan on spending more than you might expect for it. Kids really enjoyed the pool area. Not much into casinos but seemed modern, variety of games to play. Almost expected it to be bigger than it was.
