★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I quite like her as a doctor. She tells it like it is and has been helpful answering questions. But her staff is awful. Not once, but twice have they messed up the dates. Once for a spinal tap and once for an appointment. I drive over an hour to get there and have to pay for childcare and it’s a real inconvenience for me and the things I have to rearrange in order to be there. I’m beyond frustrated, they need better staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know if the doctors see these posts at all. Jist wanted to let everyone know that before going to this clinic make sure that you get the help you need. The receptionist named Kari is an useless person. Besides from being rude and never being at work I would talk to the college to dig some information if they are really taking their patients seriously. BE AWARE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience with the staff and doctor there. As a nervous patient they were very kind to me and answered all of my questions. The doctor was polite, endearing, and had wonderful beside manner while being open and honest with me. I had a very good experience here. The only difficultly is parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife suffers from severe migraines. She went in for a consult for Botox injections for migraines. The receptionist tried to book her in for August 15, my wife said no has to be another day. She was booked in for August 22. On August 15 my wife was getting ready for work and receptionist phoned and started giving my wife heck for being late for her appointment. My wife said that she had an appointment booked for August 22. The girl on phone was angry and told her that there was $900 worth of Botox waiting and that she needed to come down now! My wife said no, and asked when she could come in? The girl said we would get back to you and hung up. She never called back, they never answer phone. I have left 3 messages to return my calls. They have not called back. We found the clinics card 2 weeks later with the receptionists writing showing appointment on August 22. We asked our family doctor to refer us to another neurologist. Still have not seen one. My wife has been to the hospital twice since then and has been suffering greatly in the last 4 months. the receptionist owes my wife an apology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to get a hold of both after a seuizre and otherwise. Changed my meds without even telling me. Didn't tell me results on blood work. Very little communication. When she does contact me she is a good doctor but with something that can kill me such as a seuizre to have zero contact isn't ok!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Stonebridge for 10 years now. I have not had any issues. Staff is courteous and helpful. Dr. Masiowski is thorough, explains things well and very personable. I highly recommend this clinic. Only downside, parking isn’t great and can be difficult to locate in the new location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place like the plague. The receptionists are extremely rude and nothing gets done in a timely manner. Neurologists arguably deal with some of, if not the most vulnerable patients yet every time you phone the office it appears you are bothering them and they get hostile with you from the very beginning. Not very compassionate at all especially considering the nature of the patients they deal with. You can leave 10, 20, 30 messages with them to have the neurologist call you back, and be kept in the dark the entire time. I have been waiting to provide the neurologist with time sensitive information for over a month now, which is critical to the "care" I'm supposed to be receiving and one might assume they are purposefully being negligent at this point. Receiving "treatment" from one particular neurologist here has done me considerably more harm than good. I wish I could give zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Were early for the appointment and were told the Dr was still at lunch only 2 of us in the waiting room. We checked 30 min after my appointment time to see if the Dr was coming and was told the Dr was with a patient(lied). I finally saw the Dr 40 min. after my appointment time. Drs have expectations that when we make an appointment they like when we show up and ON TIME. The only reason we waited was this was not my appointment if you don't have the courtesy to be on time let me know I won't come!
