I am so pleased with my Caesarstone counter top manufactured and installed by Stone Edge. I dealt with Jonelle and her boss Vince. They were very accommodating and the install was on schedule and finished to perfection. I love my Caesarstone counter top!

If you want your renovations to be extended by 3.5 weeks this is the place for you. My renovation is at halt thanks to stone age. 3.5 weeks for them to just install the stone. They claim they are backed up and will not have anyone for 3.5 weeks!. I have to wait for them to install the stone before the sink can go back on and other finishing touches can take place. Waiting 3.5 weeks is just crazy. So unprofessional and horrible service! Regretting everyday that I picked them! This is another review i found on home star. There are several fake review's on there but this one clearly echos my situation. Now am worried I will have to go through the same thing as this customer :S "Decided to go with this company due to the "Home Show" special. A terrible mistake. Placed our order in April for a June installation and was told it would take 7-10 business days from the templating date to be installed. We set up a date for the templating, took a day off work as someone needs to be home during this time. The date came and part way through the day, we call to find out when they will arrive. We are then told that they can't make it and reschedule for the next week. We are eager to get the countertops in and want to confirm exact time and date of delivery so we call a few days later and are told that it will be on the 10th day by Leslie Esson but no time is confirmed. Another call to Stone Edge and we speak to Peter and again no confirmation of time but are reassured that installation will be on the 10th business day. Finally, it is two days until the 10th business day and we call once more and speak to Peter and are then told it will actually be 19 business days before the countertops will be installed (almost twice as long as we were told on multiple occasionts). The most frustrating part is that we had to call to find out. This company does not care about their customers and when I called to express my frustration, I was told that there are over 40 others in the same boat. In speaking with Peter, he mentioned that 40 of the 45 orders he has, the people are upset with Stone Edge. I don't know about you, but do you really want to deal with a company that upsets the majority of their customers? I will never deal with this company again and will be sure to share my experience with anyone that will listen and hopefully save them the trouble" P.S save yourself the hassle and not buy into the fake reviews.

Stone Edge installed a beautiful counter as part of a complete overhaul of our kitchen. I found Stone Edge to be very easy to work with, they provided excellent customer service and made things easy for me.

I ordered 2 sets of quartz counter tops for a kitchen upstairs and a bhasement apartment kitchen counter and small island. There was a huge selection of granite and quartz with varying prices for just about every budget. They send someone to measure right away. I also chose a rectangular stainless steel undergoing sink from them which was reasonably priced. They are very busy but if you know what you want just make sure you order 2 to 3 weeks in advance. This isn't big box retail so I am willing to wait for a super price. Three weeks sound like a lot and I hear people complaining but I had other work to do in the house so we timed it accordingly. They were professional and pleasant and the prices were excellent. I will use them again.

Despite how nice the counter ended up being, the absolute lack of communication and that it took almost 5 months to complete our job, which was not big at all, makes me never want to use this company again! I will not refer them to anyone! For the price they charged, I should not have always had to keep reaching out for updates, they seemed to treat us with total disinterest. I don’t want excuses or care what their issues were, their customer service needs a serious overhaul! If you want your job to take forever and constantly have to reach out to them for updates and follow up, this is the company for you!
