This guy should be shut down by authorities. Extreme rude, ill mannered and unprofessional. Doesn't know how to speak in front of customers and in particular ladies.

With every encounter, I experienced some form of unprofessionalism and disappointment. My first meeting I drove an hour to Sam's shop and he was 30 minutes late to the meeting. When he arrived, I spent a while picking out the stone I envisioned for my client. The owner kept trying to get me to pick the classic white with grey thick veining throughout, but I wanted something less dramatic. I ended up choosing one that fit my vision and was in stock in the shop because then the install date would fit better in our schedule. When the installers came, they were working so quickly, to the point where it was obvious that they weren't taking care and just want to get the job done asap. When they brought the countertops in, I immediately saw that it was NOT the stone I had chosen, but, the stone that the owner kept trying to convince me to get in the shop!! The best part is that when I called him, he was LAUGHING because he knew! It was so unprofessional and I felt ambushed. He gave me a choice of $400 off or he would come back the next week with the stone I chose. We had to stay on schedule and the stone was still a nice one, just not what I chose, so I decided to take the discount and move on. The installers then proceeded to do a bad job installing by damaging walls and leaving caulking on the new floors. AND in the end, the overhang on one end was 1/4" and at the other end 1 1/4"! The sink cut-out was also on a slight angle. Sam said he would send someone to come fix it, but we decided to not have him come because we were worried that there would just be more damage seeing as everything was already glued and secured in place (and the way that they handle everything). If you want an extremely cheap alternative to most countertop places, this is a great option, but be very weary that quality and professionalism is the sacrifice.

Waited over 8+ months for this company to complete my backsplash, since I got the counter top installed throughout my entire home. Almost every month I have been in contact with the owner Sam. He claimed that he doesn’t have it in stock and would be getting it in soon. I tired contacting him at least ones per month, I eventually decided to go ahead with another back splash since I couldn’t find the same style elsewhere. I personally would it recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed !
