โ โ โ โ โ My daughter is enrolled with an elementary school that is approximately 10 mins by car, so roughly 30 mins to walk/TTC. So far this year the bus has been either extremely late or doesn't show up at all (for both morning and after school.)
And now, no ones called me to inform me that my daughter has been sitting at the school for almost 1 hour because they cancelled it?! This is absolutely ridiculous, I'm so tired of Stock Transportation and their disregard to actually run a transportation company.
This has been going on since my daughter started junior kindergarten, and is now in grade 3. Every year I've had to send in complaints to either Stock Transportation or the TDSB, nothing happens though. Will this time be different? I'm not holding my breath.
It's absolutely asinine, and truly unjust that this keeps happening and the only ones to suffer are the kids and parents.

โ โ โ โ โ More than 4 months in and refunds have not been processed. Request keeps getting escalated, and senior staff are slow to respond and require frequent follow up emails before it gets passed to the next person. Do not rely on their refund procedures, and consider using your credit card chargeback feature or you'll never get your money back!
