The staff and range officers are very friendly, great variety of ranges available, they shop has a wide selection of ammo, firearms and many other things, booking is easy and I’ve yet to have a bad encounter with any of the other customers. The only thing that is confusing which causes the staff a lot of issues from what I’ve seen is when you’re booking an appointment, where they ask if you are bringing anyone else with you, every person you add will rent another bench. If you are only renting one bench but are bringing someone with you, do not include them when booking the bench. This causes a lot of issues with people overbooking which limits the amount of benches available to rent for other customers. Other than that, I highly recommend coming here.

From the gun to the ammo to the accessories he took the time to explain why he was recommending the product. I felt as though he was building a gun for himself with my specifications. Then on to the range masters.... another great bunch of guys, passionate for what they do. I am so glad I found this place instead of going to one of the big box store and getting the run around about how they can’t special order the firearm I want. In terms of service, knowledge/experience and pricing this place crushes any other place I have purchased a firearm in the past.

There is guy at the range forgot to ask his name but he is very helpful as its our first time shooting he helped us a lot on how to fire and how to use a firearm in the range and the rules. Except one thing im off about the lady who is sitting in the shop in the range as first point of contact feels like she is off and too dull for people coming in and i felt like she has some attitude but its at the end of the day i feel it but people coming there to spend time is important

The 50 yard ranges usually get filled up pretty fast, usually within the first hour or two of opening. Other shooters are really friendly, I forgot to bring my staple the first day and they were kind enough to lend me theirs. I typically visit Ottawa a few times a year so I'll probably come back.
