We have used several different printers for signage over the last few years but none have been as great as Stitchery and More. The prices and quality of work are excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them.

I don’t recommend this place, I went in to explain that I just had a bad experience with another printing company so came to them to make a negative experience into a better one in the printing industry. So I explained what I wanted which was about 150 hoodies, shirts, toques and more. I didn’t hear back for them for awhile so about a week later I emailed and they completely forgot about me. No big deal, so we started to move forward. I was asked a few details to complete the order.i was sent the logo and I accepted it so we could move forward. I didn’t hear back for about another week and a half so i emailed to make a few changes to the order if possible. Turns out they forgot about me again. I emailed to figure out when I would receive this stuff. Turns out they “haven’t received” any of my emails accepting the logo art and whatever else. No you thinks to maybe sent me an email or call me to figure out why they “aren’t” receiving my emails, but of course they get my email asking what’s going on. So I phoned and cancel the order as they will not have my order ready in time. They said it would be another 3 week minimum. I placed the order about a month prior. I asked them if there was anyway we could get this done a bit sooner and they said no. I guess they don’t want my business. Needless to say I don’t have any faith in the printing industry, it seems like this company only cares about the big companies getting stuff made up. 0 stars horrible customer service

Completely agree with Mat R Arrogant owners couldn't care less about the little guys we had the exact same issues with them. Take way too long to do proofs same excuses long delays when we wait on them they treat us like they couldn't be bothered then when emails finally arrive they get pushy and want immediate response after waiting so long for them only to find what they send isn't what we ask for then blame the customer for their mistakes. After previous frustrations and such awful service against better judgement decided to go back only to be given a rotten reception and uncalled for arrogance yes we are little guys and we don't place ten thousand dollar orders but that does not give them license to treat us so horribly. We were standing in their shop wearing coveralls we got from them wearing hats we ordered from them with pens in our pockets we ordered from them all of which were never delivered on time and we were there to ask about vehicle wrap pricing...instead of giving us a chance to explain what we needed the guy goes off on us over a couple T shirts we didn't try on and complained about art work we didn't approve (which was wrong not what we asked for) saying he would not accept our new order. He seemed to take such delight in belittling my son and I over things that were not so serious things that I believe are normal costs to do business. The exercise of presenting customers with options in my mind is normal and if it is not accepted and they are not happy is par for the course which is normal it happens every day. One important note for the record in our previous visit prior to this one the guy whined and complained about a large order placed by a large company that was not paid for and he took a loss bending over for the big customer yet us little guys are black listed for not trying on T shirts he sent back or not liking artwork they presented. Bottom line we didn't place an order and refuse to pay he did not lose money on an order that was not made we just didn't proceed with the order because we were not happy with it. In business quoting and losing costs money trying to meet customers needs costs money its all part of doing business there are costs associated with everything however in our case we were not the big corporate customer that cost him a lot of money yet he treated us like garbage. We left there feeling humiliated and so lowly for such a petty issue. In my 30 years of business I have dealt with many difficult people lost money on projects but I have never treated anyone the way he treated us I would never recommend them to anyone.

I highly Recommend Stitchery & more. Colin and Allie are great. I use them for all my work projects and personal projects. They are fast and very professional. If you have a budget they can for sure find something in that budget to work for what you need.

We have used Stitchery and More for all of the graphics and signs in our new building and honestly, we couldn't be more thrilled with the level of service and professionalism we have seen from them. There is something special about a place where you feel like family, but you are treated as a valued and important client. Without a doubt, we would be proud to recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks so much for everything you have done to get us ready for this opening!

I’ve been going to Stitchery and more for a few years now. I absolutely love the service they have for small businesses that can’t afford or don’t need a million hats, shirts, cups, golf balls, bags, etc. Allie and Colin are they best people. Thanks again guys. I’ll be back again soon! A+
