Who we are   

  Conquest Machine Ltd. is a CNC Manufacturing and General Machining facility that is extremely responsive to customer needs.  We are located in Leduc, Alberta.  We have extensive experience in the manufacturing and repair of downhole tool components but service a wide variety of industries.   Conquest offers complete turnkey manufacturing or machining of customer supplied material to their specifications.  We have developed close working relationships with secondary process suppliers to ensure top quality with seamless delivery at competitive prices.  Conquest is always re-investing in providing the best value by utilizing the most up to date equipment and expanding on training our people to ensure we are always at the top of our game.  This combination provides the best return to you, our valued customers, which is our core goal.  We follow ISO 9001:2015 guidelines from material acquisition, quality control to shipping to ensure complete end user satisfaction (a detailed outline of our practices is available on request, while we pursue our formal certification).   

What we do

  Conquest offers CNC turning and 4 axis CNC milling, as well as manual machining and repair machining services.  We can turn up to 120" lengths on our CNC lathes, diameters up to 27"dependant on material weight. Conquest has experience working with all types of standard materials (Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, mild steels, 4140, 4145, 4330) as well as the more exotic and high strength steel, non magnetic steels and specialty stainless steels used in more specific oilfield applications .
