★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good, but they reuse the same milk and re steam it for lattes. The London fog was undrinkable. Milk can only sit for 40 seconds before it should be dumped, and it should never be resteamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is overpriced (just like any establishment in UBC), the quality doesn't justify the cost, small portions, nothing too special about it since you can find the same baked good in literally every cafe run by UBC. I have been served cold food there. I've been served cold food from there and that's the lease of my complaints regarding the place. The problems are not unique to this cafe, its a standard set across every UBC establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty standard selection of items for UBC. Generally they keep their baked goods well-stocked, and they have a daily meal and soup selection with meat and veggie options. Major downside here is that it's always super busy, it's difficult to even find a good place to stand while waiting for your drink. Service is not terrible but could be improved in terms of approachability.
