★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’re not farmers but we bought our lawn tractor here and had great service from Andy. Got a good price and Andy personally dropped it off so we’d have it before the long weekend. It’s great to get it delivered with a full tank of gas and everything assembled so we could get mowing that same evening. Way better service than a big box store. Will continue to use them for all our lawn and garden equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove an hour to pick up a parts machine, was quoted for the wrong machine over the phone.
Get there to pick it up. Find out they told us the price for another machine, even after making sure many times.
Need to work on their customer service skills, didn't even apologize for the inconvenience of having us drive up there just to leave empty handed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Kubota B2601 with loader and backhoe from this dealer in March as they had one in stock. Ordered attachments supposed to arrive June latest, one finally in, in July. No idea when the grappler we were promised for May-June is coming. The third function came in but was missing parts so it has now been returned and new one is supposed to be coming at some point.
We went to take the backhoe off then found one of the hydraulic lines was reversed. Service finally picked up the tractor and took back to their shop. Said would get back the next Tuesday. Tuesday came went. I called dealer told would call back no call called them next day again to get status. Finally got the tractor back week+1 day later and they had extended the blue hydraulic line as the base one was way too short but the line was not reversed. So now still have a tractor paying a lot of money for and cannot do anything much with it. Never have these problems with our Case dealer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! Sent my bobcat in for belt replacement in December 21,got it back end of March, 2,000 dollars and still didn't change belts and still not working! Sent it back and now it's may 20th and after leaving many messages, Kevin does not call back but finally asked to talk to someone else and Kevin finally comes on and says belt is on order! ???

I dealt with Darryl who was very patient and knowledgeable, gave us a great deal, and Tony who is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent communication and punctual. Keep up the great work guys!

It's your one stop shop for all your heavy equipment needs. I'll definitely only be shopping with them from now on when it comes to any type of farm or construction equipment.
