★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woke up to no Hot Water and Steve picked up my call to him right away. He tried to walk me through some more common issues with my hot water tank but unfortunately I was not able to get it working. As he was busy at a job site out of the local area and would not be able to come help me until the following day, he recommended a couple of other trusted and respected plumbers in the area to get me some help sooner. Steve has done work for us in the past and he is fast, extremely knowledgeable and really takes pride in his work. I think it is wonderful that he would refer me to someone else to help fix my problem asap. My review is for previous work done but i also had to commend him on helping me out when he couldn't physically do so himself. Thank you Steve!
