The owner, Steve, was the only contractor who returned our call requesting a quote for the job (we called a total of 4 companies) and he did so within 24 hours. From the day Steve came to assess the job we found him to be very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Any communication with him was effortless as he always responded in a timely manner. The installation was done by Matt and Rob who were also very easy to work with. They always arrived at exactly the time they said they would and always left the work area clear of dust and debris. I would not hesitate to recommend SteveBuilt Inc. to anyone who is looking for a reliable and dependable company.

He has been professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the project. We tasked Steve to update our entire kitchen and living room from an outdated and cramped 60s style layout to a modern and open concept look. The results have been spectacular and we couldn't be happier! Steve and his team reworked everything from framing, flooring, lighting, gas, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, appliance installation, and even removing a load bearing wall. There were also so many small updates along the way, it's Impossible to count them all, but for each time we needed a little extra help, Steve has always been reliable and happy to help. It's easy to see that he values his clients, and that client satisfaction comes first! Steve helped us anticipate problems along the way (as one would naturally come to expect in a house from the 60s) and provided multiple solutions to help us balance our budget and our needs when it came time to address the situations. Steve, you are incredibly dedicated and we appreciate what you've done for us - so much more than words can express. You went the extra mile on more than one occasion, and we are very greatful!
