★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to use company after getting in an accident and Steve lied to me about how much he'd charge for storage then denied it, and refused to take photos of my car to try to sell it for scrap, forcing me to sell it to him for way below what it was worth because he was charging me $50 a day to keep it there. Avoid using services at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discovered a collapsed supporting trestle amongst my load during an equipment check at the Napanee Flying J. Steve was over to assess it in under five minutes and although he was limited in how he could help due to the size and weight of the equipment he called a crane company (Napanee Crane Rental) and they came over as soon as they were finished on another job in under the two hours they had estimated. No complaints here.

Steve and Cathy were very helpful and kept me in the loop about the location of my motorcycle (they towed from the scene) and advised me when the other company FINALLY picked it up. Thanks for actually answering and returning phone calls and being honest with your customers. ???
