I had the 6oz stirlon with the garlic mashed potatoes and every bite ignited my taste buds, my wife had their vegan and gluten-free pasta which she says was delicious and my in-law had the daily salmon special which came with muscles which was also very delicious. The display of the food was just as good as the taste, you can tell the chef is very passionate about what he cooks and how he displays it. We will definitely be going back

My wife and I were in for an early valentines dinner and both agreed some of the best steaks we have had; cooked perfectly. The apps were wonderful, we had the 4 dips and the fresh oysters. The desserts were also amazing. Will 100% be back on our next trip to thornbury.

Service was very slow, one meal was forgotten (but remedied quickly!), we were a largely unattended group of bachelorette party attendees who were ready to spend but were not able to order many drinks. Hate to leave a poor review but we were dissapointed.

We’ve eaten in a lot of very good restaurants across dozens of countries and a rave review from all of us is not an easy feat. If you’re in town and appreciate exceptional food, Sterlings isn’t optional (if you can get in).
