They provide the medical exam service at the regular basis for those who need it for their permanent residentship application. Actually, most people coming there, do so for their medical exam, and I strongly doubt there are any coverage patients seeing any doctor in this crazy clinic. So, they got used to deal with newcomers speaking bad English and fearing for their PR status every two seconds of their life, so that's why they are going to be rude to you and yell at you if you politely ask a simple question of why they don't have a debit machine if the main service they are famous for is not covered by any insurance, and the closest ATM is 20 mins walk. When I refused to get examined in a place where people don't know of the term "customer service", and for your own 320$ you'll be yelled at, they literally threatened me telling they'll report my refusal to Canadian Immigration Service o_O. Anyway, it's too many letters for such an insignificant place with a bunch of people hating their job. Just try to book in ahead with Dr. Fogel and you'll save your time, nerves and 10$ :) I don't think every one is going to have such a bad experience in this clinic (otherwise, they'd cease to exist), but even if you have a slight chance to undergo the same stress I did, it'd be wise to avoid those people.
E	Eudie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called today and it seems like the one who answered the phone doesn’t even want to help. She put the phone down even before I finished talking. Oh my! Eventually, I had to call again and was informed that they don’t service new clients, only old ones and no vaccinations so I need to call someone else. Frontliners have a crucial role in whatever industry. Customer service is universal. I believe this clinic can use some help. Even if we cannot use your services, at least deliver the message well.

I did have another physical prior and compared to them these people were a lot more efficient. I would choose them as my PCP if I end up moving here.

And she is professional. She will explain to me when I don’t understand! It’s really good for whose first language is not English! it’s a really nice experience there! The environment is clean and organized! They will help us make appointment for blood test! Effective and helpful!!! High recommend!!!
