Get a call from the receptionist to book an appt for results of an MRI made the appt show up 20min before my appt so after waiting over an hour finally get in just to be told they don’t have them?!? Really??! Made me wait an hour to still not get an answer unreal! Will never come back to this place!!!

I came in and then they said it wasn't booked. This is extremely frustrating and a waste of my time. I would recommend finding a doctor somewhere else.
A	Allan donald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is a joke. Security is there to make sure you don't park in the lot pretty much because almost every unmarked stall is reserved. It's a massive building with a into lot that forces you to park half a km away sometimes. Rough for older people or anyone who has difficulty walking as it's a street with no sidewalk. I missed my doctor's old location . Phones are a huge issue there too. Constantly can't get through to anyone
A	Alec P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor calls out of no where with no notice, tells me test results over the phone but couldn’t hear him from thick accent. Proceeds to cancel my upcoming appointment. Then when I tell the office i no longer wish to proceed with this doctor from these events. He then gets completely defensive and refuses to give me the test results. Which is illegal.
A	Allison Lund on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never any parking here, uncomfortable & crowded waiting room, busy all the time, appointments run late, they don't answer the phone or if they do, its just to say "please hold" and then proceed to keep you on hold forever. If you go to the doctor more than once a year I'd strongly encourage you to choose another clinic.
R	Rebecca T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family physician recently moved here and I’m not a big fan. The waiting room is crowded and seating is uncomfortable. The parking lot is a train wreck and I often have to wait or park on the street somewhere. The receptionists are hard to understand on the phone and can be rude at times. Appointments are often late. Been a patient of my doctor for 25 years and he’s great. Will continue to come here just for my family doctor.
