★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company to manage your property. The staff are disrespectful, rude and condescending. They managed my property for decades and no one I know has ever had a good experience with this company. If you value your condominium, want to keep your maintenance fees low and want to keep property values high do yourself a favor and everyone in your condo and find another property management company, will be the best decision you have ever made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived on the property for many years and learned that not a lot of people understand how condominium corporation work. I learned a lot when I got on the Board of Directors (BOD) and at first I assumed management was responsible for a lot of the issues, but I learned that all decisions are made by the BOD. Managements job is to provide guidance to ensure rules and regulations are followed and to work for the BOD to communicate with contractors, homeowners, etc. Sterling has always felt like a family-run business. We have never found other management services that offer the same wonderful value for service.
