About Stephanie Wright RMT
Stephanie Wright is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge, Ontario. She also has a background in Kinesiology, having completed her bachelor of Kinesiology at Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario.
Always interested in helping others and in the musculature of the body, massage was a more natural fit for Stephanie than Kinesiology. She believes in the holistic approach and that as long as we respect our bodies, our bodies will respect us.
A lot of her passion for holistic healing also came from years of training in a Korean Martial Art known as Kuk Sool Won which deals with using different movements and techniques to strengthen the body as well as the mind and ties in the use of "Ki" energy which a lot of Eastern Medicine is based on.
Stephanie treats all types of clients and hopes to get more specializations in massage to broaden her knowledge and ability to help.
