J	Jy Nanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend Steph enough as a massage therapist! When she started working on me last year, I was physically exhausted and sore everywhere in my body. I started doing massages slowly with her and as my frequency increased with time, I could see actual changes in my body. She released the tension I had trapped in my chest, which was extremely tight. She helped me with neck issues that I’ve had for years. She alleviated my traps and nervous system so I could actually breathe again. I was seeing her for massages after work but now, I see her for athletic therapy after working out. She does her research, she actually cares about her client’s wellbeing and you feel a difference in your body when you go home, then sleep deeply from the relaxation. She’s the best in the business, and extremely professional, which is a must-have for many of us! Highly recommend!
