★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience have to take legal action.André the owner didn't file my taxes properly or lost it or forgot So far ,400$ in fines with Rev Que and counting.He showed up for the first Court date ,chose the second date ..no show for that date , didn't respond to calls and emails voicemail was full.Now the fines are $8k . Pending legal action against him .He moved out of the office on Verdun Ave...no choice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience today too. I’ve been with this company for over a decade and always had a great service and got my taxes filed on time every time. This year, seems like it’s a whole new team and are extremely rude, unprofessional and unreliable. Basically having to chase after them to make sure my taxes gets sent and am still crossing my fingers it gets sent before September. I am definitely going to find another more reliable company for my next years. It’s too bad. I trusted them.

last year they just disappeared, I had to do my taxes with another company. this year was a catastrophe. I sent my documents in February. I never got a return. when I call in March I find out that they hadn't sent it. worse. Last week I find out that the government has blocked all my family benefits. We have three children. for my surprise. In the middle of July the declarations had not been sent. zero ethics. lack of respect. and no commitment to social service. if you are not able to deliver a service why do you propose to do so. ignore this company if you don't want to experience frustration and financial losses.
