Had been meaning to write this review for some time. This has to be the most awful service or lack of it I have ever encountered. Avoid at all cost. If it were possible to give a zero rating, would do so.

I, along with many people on August 10th, was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of professionalism and service we received from this company and its limo driver. To start off our experience with this driver, he was dressed in jeans, running shoes, a Harley Davidson shirt and a ball cap. It was a cool 12 degree cloudy day, and the reasoning for his attire was that it was a "hot day". He needed directions to each location that we went to, even though addresses were provided to the company in advance. Upon arriving to where we were supposed to get our pictures taken with the bride and groom, the driver turned into the wrong place and ended up in a driveway. Upon everyone telling him it wasn't the right spot, mid-conversation he got out of the limo and slammed the door and stormed off to go talk to the photographer. Once he got back into the limo to go to where we were supposed to be, he started backing up onto a major highway with a loaded semi coming. We told him several times to stop before EVERYONE IN THE LIMO had to scream stop!!!! He then slammed on the breaks, jerking everyone in the vehicle. The bride and groom were in the back of the limo and had he not stopped, they would be severely injured or worse.. they could have died!! All because he didn't stop the first or second time he was told to stop. Then we FINALLY get to our spot for pictures and while he is waiting for us, we noticed THE DRIVER WAS SMOKING IN THE LIMO. One of the groomsman went to talk to him and asked him to stop. This was by far the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had in my life and for the cost of $800 for less than 3 hours of time, I would have demanded a refund and an apology. The bride and groom reached out to the company regarding their experience and basically got told where to shove it. That is not customer care.

for the 3hours we had the limo this was FAR from an $800.00 experience. my brother and now sister-in-law got married August 10, 2019 and hired this company to be apart of their special day and it was the worst experience. the driver was far from dressed appropriately for a 12 degree day..and he was nothing but rude and unprepared. we had to serve as a GPS to him as he wasn't properly prepared. and on top of everything else, he nearly caused an accident while backing up into oncoming traffic....it took 12 PEOPLE to scream STOP for him to actually stop before there was a serious incident on their wedding day. i highly recommend NOT using this company!!!!!!!!!
