★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice atmosphere, nice nieghbourly people, but, it gets too hot when I visit my sister in the summer. Not enough circulation. I LOVE THE CHRISTMAS PARTY EVERY YEAR ??FANTASTIC! My sister invites me every year. Straight across the alley from Jericho Beach too! ???
