★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from these people in Calgary as far as you can. When it comes to warranty or repair, they will fail you in every possible way. You will regret big time you called them for installation of your hot water tank or something else. From the first interaction with their “customer service” you will see they cannot care less about the problem with installed by them equipment and will force you to do everything yourself. Even when you tell them what they are going to do is obviously wrong, they will do this anyway. Very bad company that employs likewise people who establish and strictly follow their ridiculous polices.

At 2nd day we phoned, early morning, technician Grady came over to resolve the problem. Tank works functionally now. Thank you and Appreciate your quick response and assistance ___ Casey team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only was Stream Dry Canada here early but Grady was quick, efficient, and took the time to explain the hot water tank to me. He carefully removed the old tank, carefully brought in the new tank. There is zero trace of him even being here! I would highly recommend Steam Dry Canada!!! Oh and he didn’t mind that I had three dogs!
