★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is lacking and my experience with the manager was incredibly unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn't give them a single star but in order to post, you must select at least one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrifying walking into this place. The smell of cigarette smoke is overwhelming, does not feel clean at all, plastic like blankets, walls are paper thin - you can hear people talking from outside of the building that are on the other side of the hall! Did not stay the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food in the restaurant is decent, prices for food are fair, vendor service is often fast, friendly, and what you ask for (well stocked). Having worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade myself, I am quick to see things that most people won't; but there's no major concerns here.
It can be frustrating when hours change on a whim or restaurant service is borderline rude, but this IS a small-town joint, and even after 2 years of living here in Ste rose, I'm still... "Adjusting to the common demeanor".
