★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jean-Philippe Roy is the best, although I haven't met him personally and has been working with me over the phone and through text messages for the past few days. He has diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Jean-Philippe has been nothing short of extremely professional, responsive and appreciate his candid no-pressure style. And definitely plan to purchase all future vehicles from him. I would recommend him to people I know.

We took it to our garage for evaluation and everything was OK. It's been about two months that we bought it and we are satisfied. Thank you Mr Pelletier and the whole team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and willing to help us with our requirements and needs. It was possible to request service in English, which I found fantastic. They offered us an excellent deal for the car we wanted (Hyundai Kona Trend 2021). Although there was a short delay in receiving the car (COVID-19), they were always attentive to help us. The experience was nice. The staff are very friendly and trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although there were many delays in receiving my car, the staff always were extremely attentive to my needs and did their best to help me in every way. The sales director stepped in for my consultant when he was away as to avoid me waiting longer to finalize the sale when I made up my mind, and the coffee was always great.
Upon receiving my car they let me take my time in going around it and fixed every angel hair scratch I saw without hassle, and even switched the tires in the time it took to sign the papers.
Special nods to Michael Jalbert and Alexandre Bourson. The latter was open to me returning for some test drives any time to help orient me towards my next vehicle, even if it's only in four years.
