★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je publie ceci en sachant très bien que mon commentaire ne changera rien étant donné que les véhicules se font rares et qu'ils peuvent faire n'importe quoi mais je dois vous le dire. Je crois avec honnêteté que c'est le pire concessionnaire que j'ai pu voir. On m'a d'abord dit à chaque semaine que mon véhicule allait arriver la semaine prochaine et pour finalement me rendre compte qu'il n'étais même pas en début de construction. Une fois mon véhicule livré, la personne responsable des assurances et produits c'est choqué au téléphone car je ne prenais pas de produit. Il on ensuite essayé de me frauder sur la vente de mon ancien véhicule! Ce qui est le pire dans tous ça je penses.. Il ne garde AUCUN calcule ou détail pour la vente de mon véhicule. Ceci m'a été dit par la directrice des ventes.. Tous ça c'est fait sur le coin d'un bureau à la vas-vite. Et par ailleurs je ne l'avais jamais rencontré durant tous le processus avant de me plaindre qu'il ne me donnais pas le bon montant pour mon véhicule. Ensuite à la remise de mon véhicule hybride, personne ne m'a expliqué le véhicule, rien de rien. Et j'ai posé quelques questions question au vendeur dont comment effectuer le branchement et il ne le savait même pas.. Je vous déconseille donc complètement se concessionnaire!!... Très très mauvais service.
I am posting this knowing full well that my comment will not change anything as vehicles are scarce and they can do anything but I have to tell you. I honestly believe this is the worst dealership I have seen. I was first told every week that my vehicle was going to arrive next week and only to realize that it was not even starting construction. Once my vehicle was delivered, the person responsible for insurance and products was shocked on the phone because I was not taking any product. He then tried to defraud me on the sale of my old vehicle! Which is the worst in all of this I think .. He does NOT keep any calculations or details for the sale of my vehicle. This was told to me by the sales manager. All this is done on the corner of a desk in a hurry. And besides, I had never met him during the whole process before complaining that he was not giving me the right amount for my vehicle. Then when I returned my hybrid vehicle, no one explained the vehicle to me, nothing at all. And I asked the seller a few questions about how to make the connection and he did not even know it .. I therefore completely advise against getting a dealer !! ... Very, very bad service.
