★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay took my car in for a transmission replacement and a tune up. Considering the car was having major issues but not throwing a single diagnostic code, he did a good job diagnosing the problem. Jay had the car for a little over a week and did a great job of keeping me in the loop and even provided a courtesy car. Starlink took really good care of my car and were easy to deal with throughout the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am totally Disappointed with these guys.. i use to bring my 2 cars to him one is brand new and other one is a second hand car. I preferred to come to these guys instead of going to dealership. I bring my second hand car to them only to unscrew the 1 bolt of tyre coz my wheel lock key was broken and i had to go for second hand tyre change. It took only 2 seconds to unscrew the tyre bolt. And the guy who did this work he cleverly write down on the paper and give it to the front desk guy to charge us $40 only for unscrew the bolt. I just wanna say to these guys eh haq di kmayi nai hundi haram di hundi aa bro.. it was more then enough if u charged 10 to 20 dollars for this 2 seconds job. And i was happy to pay that. And i use to suggest my friends to come to you to give you business coz you guys seems genuine before. Now i will never let any of my friends to your shop..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was scheduled in for an alignment at 3:00, showed up at 3 and then waited until 5:00 until they finally took it into the shop. They said sorry about the wait, it'll be done in about 20mins. Then I had to wait another hour or so until it was complete. I looked at the receipt later and there was extra charges for "shop materials" and "handling waste" or something like that. It would have been nice after making me waste all that time to offer a small something, rather than charging me some extra $$ that makes no sense for an alignment charge. The staff were nice and friendly at least

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was traveling with family to Vancouver from Seattle on thanksgiving and my car had some engine issues. It was a weekend and was risky to drive back with a faulty engine, so I took it to Starlink without knowing anything about the business.
I was glad that I did because the repair shop was open, staff was professional, took care of car's issue quickly, and gave me an honest assessment of the mechanical issue. Given my situation, I believe they fixed my car on a priority, explained the options, guided me on which works best for me.
I had my fixed car back to me in a few hours and I've since been driving it without any further issue. The cost of the repair was also fair as I'm sure a similar repair would have costed me more in Seattle, so thanks to Starlink for running an honest and considerate business out of Vancouver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I ever open an auto shop one day, the first person I would seek advice from is the owner of this business! The shop was clean, welcoming and everyone was extremely friendly.
I had an amazing experience with them! They fixed up everything that I needed done in a timely manner. The receptionist was also awesome! She was caring and kind. Thank you so much for your service. You guys are doing a wonderful job! I will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% recommended. I went for to get my vehicle calibrated and jay did a great job and it was done in a blink. Didn’t had to wait. Also they have facility for CVSE inspection too. Very friendly and helpful staff and affordable prices.
