C	Carey Vandenberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of all the Starbucks in the area approx 14, this is the one I go to only if I have to. I had to wait 15 minutes for 2 pour over decafs. My heart rate and blood pressure were going up every minute. No apologies or free coffee coupons, although it seems Starbucks has done away with apologies and the service that was imbedded in their culture that got them here.

The bag was unsealed causing the sandwich to fall on the floor and become stepped on. After taking off my soiled sock, cleaning my foot and the floor, I did eat the unappetizing looking sandwich.
B	Bridget Begin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most awesome drive thru experience from Oliva and I think Lucille (sorry didn't see the name clearly as the name tag was partially covered.) We went thru the drive thru twice and for both times Olivia was bright, cheerful and very patient. Lucille (pardon me if this is not your name, but you know who you are) thank you for your service and kindness!! There are long lineups at this location, but I think I now know why, customers must come for this exceptional service. Definitely recommend.

You can get your drink the way you like it- I always get my latte extra foamy and at 140 so it's drinkable right away. The mugs and travel cups they sell are seasonal and at this time of the year make a super stocking stuffer- especially if you tuck a gift card inside.
D	David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well…. its a Starbucks so pretty much what you have experienced before and expected. However! I cant say I like the minimalist cafeteria renovations they did last month. Its stark, boring, cold and uninviting. Reminded me of McDonalds in the ‘80s who don’t want you to linger but rather gulp down your food to make way for the next customer. Miss the warm cozy coffee spot you like to stay and chat with a friend. Feel sorry for the staff working in that operating room environment. What was the int. designer thinkin??? Me, left quickly and next time I’ll just take the drive-thru or….Hmmm….Dudes coffee on Crescent Road or Pelican Rouge on 16th are pretty much opposite, give them a try! Starbucks has forgotten about their Pike Place roots.
L	Linnea Jean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May 14 just past noon: On a positive note the drive thru order taker and window person (possibly the same girl) was one of the most lovely and friendly drive thru people I've experienced. The Beyond Meat breakfast sandwich that I've had many times was the worst. First the top slid off the sandwich in the bag. I could forgive that but after only a couple of bites I noticed a cold spot. I reopened the sandwich and found the entire top of the end to be cold as well as most of the patty. Needless to say I didn't eat anymore after this. The friend with me had a similar experience with the same sandwich. We didn't return to complain due to time restraints. In any case, ask for it extra toasted here. Lastly the coffee, a latte, was mediocre at best.
