Starbucks

Nice baristas if slow. Indoor seating not allowed. Why? The restrictions were repealed over a week ago. My husband just wiped the (outside) table, scary how dirty it was. Why? It must be days since it was wiped. Coffee is the usual.

Always friendly staff here and they get real busy with all the motorcyclist stopping by. New limited parking signs posted to give you that Horseshoe Bay you're not welcome feeling ?

Location and coffee's taste are good but they exactly need more staff because service is slow. Many people who are traveling on the sea to sky hwy stop here and buy some coffee and snacks and of course it makes a crowd. I don't have anything to say for staff, they do their best but it's not enough, they exactly need more staff

Where do I start! Extremely bad experience. We went in to order specific items, of which were relatively straightforward. 4 forks, 2 XL hot waters, and 2 croissants. What we got was our first bad experience of Starbucks! There was an elderly lady who worked there and she was extremely rude to both the coworkers and the people ordering. She was very loud in a rude manner, barking orders to clients and coworkers, and throwing things around. I let it slide that she kept interrupting us when we ordered because I thought she may be having a bad day, and I would assume her coworker did the same since one of them seemed pretty upset but wasn’t showing much attitude toward the customers. We waited for over 5 minutes for simple items we ordered, but we did so patiently. When we received our orders, I asked for the 4 forks, then she said “OH MY GOD!”, in a way where it was causing her soooo much inconvenience to pick up 4 plastic forks and hand it to me. So then I proceeded to confront her about her rude behaviour to everyone, and as you can imagine, she retaliated in the worst way possible. Not sure how she got hired and how she’s still working there, but I believe retiring from Starbucks would be the best option for her if she’s like that always. Once in a while is cool, since we all have our bad days, but everyday is unacceptable! And by the way her kind coworkers reacted every time she was ordering them around, I would assume she would usually be like that. I hope this review makes it to higher ups (like the other reviews that are about the same lady) and the issue would be addressed. All in all, we got what we ordered, with an extra side of attitude. Safe to say, we will never visit Starbucks again, in general not just this location.

Coffee is good. Slow service. Short of staff. Views from the mountain is beautiful

Anyone who has been to Starbucks is most likely aware of the quality of service they provide. I'm accustomed to receiving fast, friendly service, excellent coffees and snacks. This Starbucks is no different and once again I was in and out quickly accompanied by my Grande Americano. Outdoor seating is available too. Cheers Bruce

It was a good experience for takeout. Staff were friendly. It looks like it is a place for motorcyclist to meet.

Bought a new travel mug. The staff at this Starbucks are super friendly and always get my drink right! Highly recommend!
