After fighting doctors to get my health back (and myself back) as well as after navigating internet for so many years looking for the best professional advice how to heal Hashimoto, I found my heath without any improvement. Even finding the information you need is like looking for a needle in a haystack. What is true? What is valid? How do you know? It was a real puzzle to me, I understood that I needed to have step-by-step plan. Functional medicine practitioners who specialize in Hashimoto’s are few and far between, so I started looking for someone who would help me in finding a path out of Hashimoto and Thyroid illness as well as Leaking Gut and Autoimmune disease. I found that Specialist at a Health Food Store in Squamish. Rita (her name) has helped me more than any physician/endocrinologist I have ever had. She found out what was critical in my health journey and made the individual healing plan for me! I have started to use her recommended items and all my health problems have SIGNIFICANTLY decreased! Not to mention I’m happier now! I finally have a light at the end of the tunnel as well as great support. I feel better, my energy is back. She is so empowering-I wouldn’t have made it so far. The best part is that I have a game plan for my road to recovery! She is truly wonderful, and I have so much gratitude for her. The knowledge and attention she has given me is invaluable. Every single day she is helping people recover their health and lives, she certainly does. And for that I am forever grateful, thank you again for helping me feel better!”

Same old friendly and knowledgeable staff for the past 20 years.
Prices are even better then most anywhere on the lower mainland.

An amazing and smart selection of products for its size with a wide variety of products and the cheapest prices I have found anywhere in Squamish. They have a great customer appreciation sale every month too, which I was happy to see! The staff seem to be really knowledgeable and every time I have had questions I always get support. I highly recommend making this your go-to neighbourhood health store.

I had a special order and within a week they called to let me know the product has arrived and then followed up later to make sure I have got the product! They have a new management now and they are very friendly and professional! Thank you Health Food Heaven! Great place to shop for all your vitamins and supplements and herbal tea!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are extremely nice and helpful. Some prices are highish depending some items, other items are very reasonably priced. I come here to buy my loose leaf herbs, which the prices on most of the herbs are very competitive to even ordering online, as the wild crafted are locally sourced lowering the prices. The quality of the items in the store are very good. If you're looking for a health food store in Squamish this is the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. This is for an online order that was never fulfilled. I ordered a product online that was "in stock" according to the website. I received an email stating they had received my order and would send me another email once my product had shipped. I waited 3 weeks. Nothing. I sent several messages inquiring about my order. Nothing. Finally someone replied and said they hadn't been able to get that product in in a long time. I waited 2 more weeks and called again. I was told I should see a refund within a couple days. Nothing. I called again and was told if I didnt see a refund soon to call back. Today I finally received a partial refund, less the $15 shipping. Horrible customer service. Never again.
