★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are an amazing group! I had my consultation with Jay and what an eye opener. He was able to provide with so much more knowledge than any other fitness places I ever been too. I knew I wanted to loose weight and tone up... However, he simplified things step by step and made it easy to visualize the end results. Kelly is my personal trainer.....She rocks! She is your best supporter, she will push your limits and guarantee to you results. It has only been a couple of weeks and the inches are melting away. I have more energy. Getting stronger with each sessions! Just when I think I can't do anymore your body surprises you with a second wind. Gillian is amazing group classes.... I tried my first one last night needed double the amount of water...I was sweating it hard. The gym is hardwork whether its a workout or classes. Once you leave its the best accomplishment.
P.S. Jay you told me 8-12 months for my goal. I am aiming for 6 months...Never leaving this family. Love you all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best gym ever. They helped me to gain back my self confidence. One on one training is very personal and geared toward YOU! Very family oriented. I always feel welcome as soon as I step in the front door. The members are very nice always saying hello, I highly recommend ABS ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment at ABS to talk about my goals and what I was looking to achieve. I instantly felt welcomed, supported and had a plan in place. Over the last few months Gillian and Jason have been so supportive and helped me through not only my fitness journey but so much more ! I am so thankful for them and their family run gym. The one on one training has helped me accomplish things I couldn’t of ever imagined doing ! The group classes are incredible. So much fun but ??? I’m so lucky to have found ABS ??

I chose ABS 3 months ago to become an integral part of my life and am so glad I made that decision! The group of folks that I see on a daily basis are all so inviting, non judgemental and very accepting here. The personal trainers are not only here for your physical needs but supportive with the mental struggles that go along with your journey as well. Reach out to Jason and/or Gillian to make the choice to do better for yourself, you can't go wrong with getting healthier and stronger ? good luck and we'll see you at the gym!

She will modify the workouts if you have any injuries to ensure you are able to continue on your fitness journey. Highly recommend ABS!!

Gillian and Jason take a personal, active interest in us members: our challenges, goals and accomplishments. They want the best for us! I go to exercise class regularly. Gillian is super knowledgeable about muscles, very encouraging and makes things fresh by introducing new exercises and "boot camp" activities. The ABS family has been a great support for me!!
