★ ★ ★ ★ ★ useless unorganized staff. giving me the wrap around about a simple receipt. when i’ve had other stores print a receipt for me regardless of mobile order or time placed. could be 8 hours later and i would still get a receipt printed.

The coffee was good ?
The service was good ?
The store was clean ?
I wasn’t impressed when the barista put a lid on my coffee without plastic gloves.
Then I asked for a stir stick to stir up my caramel macchiato, he grab one without gloves and handed it to me .
I just arrived from Brazil and the Starbucks in São Paulo are more aware of Covid. They have the kids and stir sticks behind the counter. Then pass you thongs to pick up a lid and stir stick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was handed my drink I noticed they forgot to add the foam, I spoke up nicely and she said it wasn't her problem and walked away. I didn't understand the rudeness. I had to go back and stand in "luckily" a short line. cashier was really friendly about it.

As a loyal Starbucks patron, it's nice that they have one in the mall, especially when I can skip ordering in person and pick my drink up when it's ready instead. Great spot if you're wanting to avoid the scorching heat during the summer or keep warm in the cold months. The staff are friendly and provide good service, I remember one friendly barista serving me today who asked me for the pronunciation of my name and he got it right. Advanced ordering is usually fulfilled in a timely manner with accuracy and quality
