★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long wait. Ordered a grande caramel machiatto, and a grande iced chai tea latte. The machiatto was great, but the chai tea latte was awful. Not sure what was wrong with it. Would have went back to get it fixed, but the line was huge.

The manager Staff are always happy and friendly. even if there is a bit of a line they get things through as fast as possible and are worth the wait!! Alana is a great manager and Mackenzie is my favorite barista!! Thank you for the awesome service! <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve worked at the Outlet Collection for 2 years now, and have been coming regularly to grab coffee before work, and sometimes even just on my days off. The staff who work here are incredible. They are always so upbeat and positive, even in a fast-paced work environment. The manager & assistant manager are very close and dear to me, I get so excited to see them and ask how their mornings/weekends have been - and since I’ve been on maternity leave and visit the occasional week day, my service from them is still 100%! Believe me when I say this is the best Starbucks to visit for exceptional service, and a memorable visit. Keep up the amazing work, everyone. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long wait. This is not impressive. They where out of hot chocolate. Then we paid for a brownie and cake pops. They had no brownies and spent 10 mins waiting for them to find something that was not sold out. They offered a grilled cheese and we accepted. However not great. Everything is sold out.
