★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Starbucks has the best staff. I’ve never visited a Starbucks where every single employee makes an effort to get to know me. They are all so positive and make my day a little better. The drinks are always good as well, and if there was an issue with my order they always go above and beyond to fix the problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is located at the side of Indigo Burlington Centre. I have been to this store a few times and it's like the usual Starbucks store. The store is clean and the staff are very energetic and friendly. They have a few tables inside and outside the store where you can sit down and enjoy your coffee. Some of the tables are unavailable to make sure everyone is following physical distancing rules.
Pre-Covid, you could buy a book from Indigo and sit down at Starbucks and enjoy both your coffee and the book , but now, they're separated and you cannot access the Starbucks from inside the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a drink via starbucks app. Waited for 15+ minutes while I watched all the other customers that arrived after me get their drinks and leave. The barista finally asked what I had ordered and then they made it wrong. Awful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly kind staff - every time I visit it's top notch service. Today there was a minor mixup regarding a drink and they resolved it with no issues whatsoever! Our favourite Starbucks location in the Burlington Area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one barista in particular that is incredibly rude each time and it is always a negative experience. Additionally, after confirming many times if my drink is made with almond milk, I was assured it was. For personal reasons, I can say that it most definitely was not made with almond milk… I am now home bound for the next few days recovering… thank you very much.
