★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s a reason why this location is rated so low. The drive-thru attendants just don’t care and never get your order right. They don’t even listen to make sure you are done giving your order. Then when you get to the window, they treat you like you made the error. 9:30am Saturday, December 4th - whomever was working drive-thru is incompetent and inefficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there over the Thanksgiving Weekend. Bought some spicy chicken nuggets. Turns out they were not cooked properly brought them back in and the Manager acted professionally and courteously took care of the issue. Tall White gentleman, didn't get his name. Not only did he throw in a side order of large fries, new nuggets (9 pieces, we had ordered 6)...but also threw in a free LARGE meal coupon for my trouble. Told him it was alright but he insisted. Excellent customer responsive skills, this Manager should be commended. Thank you! My wife appreciated it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst McDonald’s to ever go to. I live five minutes down the road and I go to this McDonald’s because it’s convenient for me, what isn’t convenient is having to go back every single time for an order because they screw up everything. I’m not exaggerating either, maybe one out of 10 meals they get correctly. After going to this McDonald’s multiple times hoping that management has been fixed, they fail. Time and time again I give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a try, But every single time I do they let me down and something is wrong with the order. Whoever is managing this place needs to be fired and they need to replace them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually order through my app. The ONLY thing I do not like about this McDonalds is the parking lot. It is too congested and definitely dislike when I have to pull into a spot because my order is not ready. Usually stop for dinner when I do go here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Bacon n Egg Mcmuffin. The lady handed me the bag with an explanation saying " it's the wrong wrapper but the correct sandwich". Drove off only to realize it was the correct wrapper with the wrong sandwich! The coffee was overfilled and leaking. This is not the first time they got my order wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refer to attached image...what is missing? Missing from not one, but all 3 items that I ordered. I think I have a better chance at winning the lotto than this place ever getting my orders correct. The problem is that I read many similar reviews regarding this location but I don't think they even care to address it. That's why I rather support local breakfast joints instead of supporting this restaurant chain.
