★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With QR codes now dropped and it being public knowledge that mask mandates are next to go in the coming weeks… I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to when I went in to pick up my mobile order.
I have a medical condition where I am unable to wear a mask at the moment and after entering this location I was greeted with a condescending tone saying “can you jus put on a mask” I then politely explained that I have a medical exemption and was only picking up my coffee… though the way the employee spoke to me drew the attention of all the customers and now everyone was looking while I had to explain to her that I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. Very embarrassing for me and unprofessional on her end.
This is the same Starbucks that allows a homeless women to stay and relax in there every morning just stinking up the entire place… but me picking up my coffee without a mask is where the manager draws the line.
Figure it out.

The staff here is Harding and dedicated and proactive!!
I usually prefer having latte or ice cap and I am suggested by the staff to have their special!
Starbucks is always great on breakfast with healthy meals like spinach egg sandwiches or egg muffin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came and order 3 drinks and a brownie, waited an unnecessarily amount of time and watched as the worker played with a Carmel and chocolate sauce bottle throwing them in the air and catching them instead of making my drink. Unprofessional

The store rarely make mistakes on my order now. And I appreciate their services too?
