Unlike other Sbucks in the Regina, that are a part of other establishments (e.g. Sbucks @ Chapters, or Sbucks @ Safeway), this location is Starbucks completely on it's own. This is great and I appreciate it .... BUT, the catch w this location is that this is not a corporate store, it's a franchised location, which means you will NOT be able to claim loyalty rewards at this location. You do get loyalty points for purchases though.
The place is clean and the staff are friendly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow worst service and drinks I have ever experienced at a Starbucks in my life, and I am a very frequent customer.
It was my aunts birthday, they refused to do the birthday drink which we accepted. Then we ordered the rest, they then forgot the birthday girls drink, and then made her pay for it because the lady forgot to add it last time even though she was the one who ordered first.
Then the drinks we received were terribly made, and mine which I get nearly everyday the same way - was all ice, much more than normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love everything here! Always perfect coffee, food, and attitude, the staff are wonderful with remembering their regulars’ orders. Donnie and Simran are notable as two of the best staff members. I now go out of my way to see them here! 10/10 highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on my birthday for my free drink. After I ordered I was made aware that this location is not a Starbucks, but a Licensed Starbucks?? They can't redeem your star points, or your free drinks. I was approached by 2 guys walking in for money, and when I entered I stood at the counter for 20 seconds before someone came out of the back. Not impressed, and I will never go to this location again. Absolutely Brutal!!
Drinks were ok. But the overall experience was not what I was expecting.
