★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Regina for a wedding for 3 days, and we ate there on the 1st day, and loved it so much we went back on the 3rd day! Amazing food and the staff was so nice! I very much recommend! I wish we had one in Lethbridge :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. You have to eat here... the I Won't Need Lunch with the White chocolate Banana Bread French toast was the way to go. The Kids drinks were amazing the barista was out of this world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh & Sweet has a lovely breakfast/Lunch menu with lots of variety without overwhelming you with too many choices.
It’s also a great place to go with kids, including toddlers. Our 7 month old had his first public “high chair” experience here.
The staff is super warm and helpful. We’ll definitely be visiting here again.
