After Covid-19 I thought it was very nice until the customer next to me said that the person sitting at that computer went to the bsthroom when it was me and I actually went to get a napkin. And he said it was? I said yeah that is my computer, I was sitting there; so don't think that it is impossible to not get stigmatized there, IMO. Before Covid-19 I thought this Starbucks was really nice and the staff were friendly and courteous. There were power outlets connected to a long table which I thought was very nice. The smaller tables were sturdy and didn't wobble. The bathroom was clean and so was the restaurant.

Not the first time visiting this location, and initially didn't seem busy, as there was an abundance of places to sit. To my surprise there were at least 5 people working the counter, but as I found out, completely disorganized. As my simple mocha took more than 10 minutes to make. And multiple customers after me were served. After approaching the counter to get clarification of the amount of time, I received a "puzzled" look from the staff, I finally asked to see the manager to hopefully get some clarity. After a long explanation, it appears Uber eats ordering takes priority to in house paying customers. As a once loyal customer, I have been finding it hard to continue with Starbucks, due to the numerous store closures, and the poor customer service. Once I was ready to sit and enjoy the coffee, I had to ask to have my table cleaned as the store appears very poorly maintained. There are plenty of other options for coffee on the area, and next time....I plan to visit someplace else, not Starbucks.

Lady behind counter was nice but disappointed to see two staff members (one on duty, the other said he was on a vacation day) endangering public health by removing their masks and sipping coffees while our whole province is on lockdown and has thousands of new covid cases per day. Starbucks serves food so there were multiple customers in the store to witness this and even their fellow employees are at risk by their reckless behavior.

To the last reviewer who posted about employees seated without masks, as a regular customer at that Starbucks, and a restaurant worker myself, it might be best if you inquired about health and safety protocoles before coming in with your holier-than-thou attitude, throwing your frustrations out, and writing a negative review. Employees are allowed to use the seating when they’re on break as it is closed to the public…not staff. (I myself have seen them put their masks back on when getting back up). And how do you expect them to drink or eat when theyre on break if masks are not removed? I think it is important not to default to panic and outrage and I doubt this is putting anyone at risk. Theyve always observed health measures at that store and it is one of the reasons I keep going back. When we criticize something we know not much about, we sometimes wind up looking foolish.

I really liked the service. The staff was nice and friendly and they put a smile on my face! One of the employees even draw a smile on my beverage. So nice! I’m going to go there more often.

Bad service, at least today. The guy who seemed to be the manager was kind of lost, not giving much priority to the customers inside, more worried about the ones who ordered by the apps(ubereats, skip, etc…). They forgot about my order, then was asking me what was it after many minutes waiting, only when I showed the recipe they started to make it.
