A	Ashley Brady on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I've given this location too many chances and will not be returning to any Starbucks location in the future. I was the 4th car in line and waited 15 minutes for a cold drink and a cookie. There were no patrons inside and I could see the drinks pile up on the counter. I actually turned my car off. It doesn't make sense to continue to support such a chain when the product is expensive and the service is garbage. I work in the services, I get it. You get busy. But every single time? There's no way. I appreciate the attempt of small talk at the window...but do you really want to hear that I'm late for work? Probably not.

Regardless if I place a mobile order or make my way inside to wait in line, they always greet everyone the same in a warm welcoming manner that I always look forward to. Now I know the beverages and baked good are delicious and make you want to come back all the time, but I’m telling you…. It really is the staff at this location that are the real cherry on top that make you come back. Thank you for always putting a smile on everyone’s faces. Sometimes they write little notes on slower days on your cups, or sometimes little stickers… the little things that separate them from others.
R	Rebecca Snider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love this location. The staff are really kind and I've never had a problem with ordering or receiving the wrong items. My only complaint - which is at no fault of the staff - is that the location itself is was not planned out very well. The drive thru fills up far too quickly and I've waited in line for 20+ minutes. The drive thru is not designed to hold so many cars, so you're often waiting in line in the parking lot. This can be very challenging as it's already a pretty busy parking lot and often times people do not leave gaps in the line to allow traffic to flow around them. Hopefully, Starbucks will open a second location in town to help alleviate the amount of traffic this one receives.
J	Jenifer Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Saturday May 21st during that crazy storm that has taken out power out to most of ottawa and carleton place and surrounding areas my 16 year niece was driving (just got her G2 license on Monday) was heading home and pulled off the road as the storm was hitting and she was scared and ran to this location and asked to seek shelter and the assistant store manager refused to let her in she kept telling him that she just needed to seek shelter ..there were customers in the store and he refused to let her in ...REFUSED TO LET A 16 YEAR OLD CHILD SEEK SHELTER DURING A STORM WHERE THEY WARNED PEOPLE TO TAKE SHELTER... This should be known to everyone how Starbucks employees treat children in need
