★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an unpleasant experience shopping rapid test kits from getyourtest, which is the website run by this company.
I placed an order right after developing COVID symptoms. I was confident in the delivery timeframe, because the website offered a paid one-day delivery option. The business guaranteed me the next day the test will arrive EOD, but nothing was received. And they've gone silence to all my inquiries since then. The test finally arrived after more than two weeks and my symptoms are already all cleared. Guess I'll never find out if I had COVID lol
I can understand the order could be delayed due to shortage of supply. What really bugs me is that the supplier charged me for a delivery time they can't follow, and doesn't bother to update me of the change in timeline, in spite of my numerous attempts to call or chat online.
To make it funnier, they kept asking colleagues and friends to post 5 star reviews on google, while my sharing of real shopping experience keeps getting removed.
