I have to call them weekly to get them to clean the toilet which is supposed to be part of the monthly rental
In any business the after sale service is everything and Star’s customer service rates below one star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very negative experience with this company. I rented a very expensive washroom ($1100.00) for a wedding at my home. A 5 year old boy got stuck in the washroom (his Dad waiting outside for him). It was a 30 degree day, and we tried everything, but could not get him out. He was terrified, hot and crying. We had to pry the door open to get him out, leaving a crease in the door. The crease was minimal. For the rest of the evening my guests were getting stuck in the washroom or it took them forever to get out. It got to the point that two at a time would go, so one person could hold the door ajar. Even the catering staff got stuck.The parents of the boy emailed and called the company, but they did not call back. I explained what happened to this company and they told me they have never had any problems with the unit. They said as soon as they got it back to the shop they tried out the locks and there were absolutely no problems. So the door was in perfect working order according to them, but it had a crease in it. They charged ME $1250.00 to buy a new door. I told them they did not have permission to charge my credit card and they did anyway.Their product malfunctioned, and I was charged. I paid $1100.00 for a washroom to prevent 120 people from using the washroom in my home (which ended up happening anyways !!) So if you are considering this company, be very careful, because they are looking to make a quick buck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was overcharged on my credit card by $998 & over $400 for other people's accounts. I terminated my account with STAR October 22, 2021. I was charged $275.73 November 18, 2021 on my VISA. This is an over-charge of almost 100%. 4 days later, my credit card charge was reversed. The toilet service is excellent. The billing department needs help.
