★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a large washroom facility Denali trailer for our event in August. We liked the concept of having this trailer for our 200 guests on our acreage. We worked with Whitney and left a 40% deposit 6 months in advance of the event. We were told that we needed to supply water. What they should have said is that they require running water. We had a 250 gallon tank on hand for the trailer to draw from that we could not use and we had to buy 100 feet of garden hose to use the trailer. When the trailer was delivered and set up, half of the lighting were not working, one of the urinals had an Out of Order sign on it and the men's entry door would not close. We later found out that the trailer came directly from another event. They did come back out to correct the lighting issues but that was all. I talked to Drake on this and he said that he would look at an adjustment on the final bill for our inconvenience, but that never happened. I understand that sometimes these things happen in business but It is a shame that Drake neglected to contact me to discuss this issue which would have prevented this negative review.
