★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told me they would come and pick up my boxes on a Monday but never showed up. I called to see what was going on and they replied that they don't operate on Mondays and that they would come the next day. Stayed at home in wait for their arrival but never came. 0/5 waste of my time >:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoutout to fellow pinoys who’re looking forward to shipping balikbayan Boxes home. DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE of using their service. Very unprofessional operators. They get mad at you when you try and inquire status of your shipment. THEY LIE in their FB posts, saying boxes have been delivered, when in fact it is still docked at the pier. Lalo na yung babaeng may ari daw sya, hambog at inaaway nya mga clients nya... Their subsidiary delivery Service in Cebu asked for a ‘tip’ daw.... all has been paid for before the box took off. NEVER AGAIN, and I will tell my friends to stay away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not even worth a star. we waited an ENTIRE DAY for them to pick up the boxes. had to call to ask why they didn't show up and they said they didn't do pick up that day and said they would come tmrw ... um we discussed it last week????? so we agreed to have them come the next day and they still didn't come. wasted two days of my life waiting for them to pick up our boxes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. your best bet is umac, they'll do same day pick up and they call you when something is up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service. I left a bunch of messages for them to call me back as I want to schedule a box pick up. No call back then finally the person told me to arrange my pick up with the driver. Really? What is the point of having their phone number in the website and on the box when the driver can do everything? They might as well just put the driver’s number instead.
