Do not waste your time. They were zero help and we walked away with nothing. Time I will never get back. Staples needs to start training their employees.

Was looking to have a set of blueprints done I was told it was over a week to have them ready for pick up as Cassie the employee was literally doing nothing two people working and nothing being printed at all never waste my time here again

-Website doesn't specifically state whether print services are available for curbside pickup during covid19 lockdown in ontario so had to drive to store to ask staff. Tried phoning but store phone went unanswered all day. Pre-recorded message said staff were too busy to answer phone. Not helpful! Especially when the store isn't open to in-store customers, so staff should be especially diligent about answering every phone call. -I had an extremely frustrating experience uploading files from my computer to the website to order Print Services. Very time-consuming selecting individual print details for each file. (couldn't combine files as each document had different print requirements). -Wasn't clear how to select same day or 1-3 day printing for each file, & prices for each time frame weren't provided. -When trying to submit my order & pay, website would say I wasn't logged in & would prompt me to re-enter login & password. When I did, it would say I didn't have an account, despite already having used it to initially sign-in. Eventually had to check-out as guest. -Process should have been fast & easy but took me half the day & left me stressed! -Thankfully once the order was submitted, everything from that point on went smoothly. I got my email notifications, order was ready faster than expected, pickup was quick & easy, & order was correct. -However, I wouldn't use the service again unless I was absolutely desperate as it was the most frustrating & time-consuming process imaginable! I am very tech savvy so the issues I had with the website were definitely due to poor design & technical glitches. Lack of necessary information posted to the website & lack of clarity is another issue. -Not answering phones during business hours for an entire day/not staffing the store adequately to ensure customer enquiries don't go to voicemail is a major customer service issue that needs to be addressed ASAP or it will result in losing customers (if it hasn't already). This should not be happening, especially during lockdown when customers have questions and need help navigating online orders & curbside pickups. I should not have had to drive to the store in person to speak with staff.
