A	Aaron Gao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience here. The in-house Staples psychologist, Stanislav, recommended me a brand new League of PUBG Gaming Chair which I greatly enjoyed. The store was relatively clean with limited "CAUTION: WET FLOOR" signs. Stanislav also insisted I post a picture of him to increase social traction for this store. Great work team!
A	Alex Rabinovich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I come across such a horrible customer service. I came to return a notebook that I purchased a day before in a different branch. The owner asked me why won't I go to that branch and return there?! I said because this branch is close to me. She said she won't accept it and told me to go there. It is only 10 minutes drive she said. Have you ever seen a chain store of this size that tells you to return in a different branch because she doesn't want to deal with returns? Shocking! I always wondered why that branch is empty when I walk in. Now I understand.
M	Mahdokht Hmdn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came today to return a calculator that I bought yesterday, the cashier (the old lady with gray hair) was there, playing with her phone and ignoring me. Then when I wanted to return my item, she said show me what is wrong with that. Excuse me?! When something is wrong with an item it means something is wrong with that. I talk to her manager, but I know nobody would talk to her. The worst staples ever. I usually go to Staples on Steeles Ave, but this time it was on my way to college. What your staff's behaviour.

S	Simon Ang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was about to order an infrared forehead thermometer from a major online store, and decided to check the stores in my neighborhood first. It turned out that Staples had a product that looked to be the same device with these exceptions: (1) it was branded with a different name; (2) it lacked a colour-coded display, which was a non-essential feature for me; and (3) it was priced significantly lower. What was more, their web site showed me that this particular store had the product in stock. In short, I was able to make a quick run here and get what I needed immediately, from a local store and at a better price. This Staples location itself is clean, spacious, well lit and well laid out. Staff are available and helpful; on this occasion I saw a staff member apparently stock taking and asked if I could interrupt them with a question. They immediately set out to help and were able to point me to the item location right away. If you have a small business, they also have several helpful services such as design and printing of business cards and posters and even banners complete with display hardware.
