If I had not asked questions I may have been unfairly received of certain services. I will not return to this garage in the future.

It is very rude to let the phone interrupt you! Also stop over booking then customers can have their car back in a timely manner. A customers time is worth money/ lost wages to them. If you book an appointment be able to keep it.

Going back to 2009, not even living in Parksville, Scotty helping me with an issue with my beloved Hyundai Accent, through to current day, four vehicles later and a resident here, with my Subaru Crosstrek. And now, passing the torch from Scotty to Adam and Noah as owners, my confidence in their experience and most importantly, trust in their honesty, is continued, given Scotty's reputation. I am not disappointed. Scotty has passed the torch, so to speak, to men who uphold his ethics. I have have had so many positive, positive, positive plus experiences with Stanford Auto, and have recommended them to my friends - and also found out how many other of my friends have also been using this company, for the same reasons. It all just reinforces my opinion: I cannot imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else.
