★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my truck to Parksville car clinic to get a quote a couple weeks ago, being a single mom I needed the quote before I actually got any work done and I told them that. I let them know one of my computers was broken and my stereo was too, I dropped my car off in the morning to get a quote, and when I picked it up they charged me $400 for the quote. This is not normal and I was not aware they were going to charge me for not even fixing anything. I never asked them to put any hours into my truck, I asked for a simple quote and ended up getting charged $400 for it. (Nothing was even fixed!!) Not happy at all and won’t be going back. Do not recommend.

I was given an honest opinion about what needed to be done urgently on my vehicle, and what can wait. I trust the opinion of the mechanic and the shop owner. I will continue to return to this business.
