Saint Vital Parish is a welcoming, culturally diverse parish in which compassion and respect for all is experienced. As fellow disciples we share our faith in word and deed. We are a multi-generational community in which youth and families play a vital role.

The Creator gifted us with this land that we are blessed to share and care for together. In the spirit of reconciliation, we acknowledge that we live, work, learn, and play on Treaty 1 and 2 territories, the ancestral lands of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene, the homeland of the Metis Nation and where some of our Inuit brothers and sisters now make their home.
We respect the Treaties that were made on these territories, we acknowledge the harms and mistakes of the past, and we dedicate ourselves to move forward in a spirit of reconciliation and collaboration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ St. Vital Parish is crumbling. They seriously need to renovate the church. The air is very stale and the church feels claustrophobic. You can hardly breathe inside. The pastor constantly looks to see how many people are putting money in the baskets during mass. He runs after all the rich parishioners and ignores those are in need ( the working poor). He rarely practices what he preaches in his sermons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No star for this priest, but it won't let me post without putting at lease one. Who is he paying to write such a wonderful reviews for him. Should do what he preaches. Our family and some of our friends stopped going to this church when Fr. Barry came, and some of my friends were going there since childhood. Irresponsible when it comes to his other duties tied to the church. When is he due for a transfer????????????

Great place to visit , and pray and be thankful for being able to get up every morning and be healthy and able to work and be alive and be very grateful for what we have !! Giving our thanks to GOD for what we have, doesn't hurt either ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ St Vital Parish is much more than a church. It is a community. With the stewardship of Father Barry it has become like a family to me. I feel welcome and like i am a PART of things. Like Jesus, Father Barry teaches about forgiveness and how to take the WORD out into the world,
Father Barry is an amazing speaker and everyone should get the chance to hear him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Father Mark was great in helping us with our wedding preparations and even now that we're married, still providing assistance in some of the paperwork and was with us every step of the way. The church in itself is big and looks amazing both inside and outside (front of church especially).
