Great selection of beer, wine and spirits. Wines from BC and around the world. They have a wide range of wines from cheap $11 bottles to high end selections. I don't drink spirits much so I can't comment on the selection there except to be day they seem to have a wide assortment. For beer they have local craft brews and inexpensive big brands. The location is convenient if you are on transit or near Granville Station as it is underground in the mall leading to the train. The staff were pleasant and cheerful and let me browse without interruption.

It was nice. Bought a bottle of wine and left. Dude was friendly and we had some nice eye contact. I’d buy wine there again

My boyfriend and I were looking for a store open relatively late - dinner reservations were late and wanted to grab a bottle before we headed back home. We stopped at this store on our way back and when we approached the doors realized that my boyfriend had dropped his mask. I immediately asked the clerk if he had an extra disposable mask since my boyfriend now had to wait outside. He was super understanding and friendly and started walking over to the cash to grab one. The "manager" notices our interaction and decides to interject. "Providing a mask is above my pay grade" he stated as the clerk opened the cupboard at the cash and grabbed a mask. This prompted the clerk to put the mask back. A few things. 1. He didn't come over to discuss my concern, he knew what had happened. 2. He showed absolutely no empathy or concern. 3. He stood at the back and watched everyone's interactions and made no attempt to help customers in the store. I guess this store needed a watch dog? Advice: If you're jaded by customers and the nonsense that comes with servicing them then get out of the industry. There is someone else out their that can do your job better, make way. 4. The 1 interaction he did have (aside from mine) was with someone of Caucasian decent and he turned his happy and friendly customer service face and tone all the way up. (I'm a person of colour) Advice: Maybe if you had shown any sort of remorse or concern for my issue I wouldn't have thought there was a difference in experience but instead you treated me like I was asking for a free tasting of alcohol. 5. As someone he knew purchased items, the clerk asked for ID and he yelled "SHE'S GOOD" - yet again overriding the actions of the clerk. This actually stood out to me because the clerk was really friendly to the customers he serviced. He immediately went into apologetic mode because he thought asking for ID was inappropriate. It was his job to ask but his manager decided he didn't need to today... If you can find another store, do it.

Flashy looking store. Staff are hit & miss for knowledge and customer service. Selection is ok… prices leave much to be desired. This is a store I only shop at on occasion. I would never make this my first choice. That being said - they currently stock one of my favourite beverages….

Prices are expensive, yet the location is convenient and next by Granville SkyTrain Station. I would give 5 stars out of 5 but customer service very hit and miss there.

DIRECTIONS TO GET HERE!!!! PLEASE READ!!! If you were like us and spent nearly an 1hr trying to find this place because it's THE ONLY Wine and spirits store that shows on Google Maps....WE FEEL YOUR PAIN, SERIOUSLY! So you'll want to go to the Granville train station right across from H&M at the cross streets of Dunsmuir and Granville. Walk into the train station. You'll see MAC makeup in front of you...make a left and walk down the long flight of stairs. This store will be to your right. Another way of getting here is thru the food court of the mall across the street. Walk through the food court, up the stairs (you'll end up in Nordstrom) make a left and walk to the exit of the store. MAC will be in front of you, walk up the stairs to your left, then immediately walk down the stairs to your right. The store will be to your right.
